Seacliff Inn Aptos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Was amazed with the hotel, it was brand new and the room was clean and big.

Convenient location, nice grounds, clean, hotel service below average. Staff friendly enough but could be friendlier. House keeping very noisy early in the morning and did not keep the supplies in the room stocked even though asked daily. Hotel restaurant acceptable but no frills. Pool area can get noisy in the evening. Overall OK stay but not impressed.

We love staying at this little gem. It is a little light on amenities but it is cozy and conveniently located.

Easy Check in and staff are very accomodating and friendly. Very clean. Will definitely go back to this place.

Great services

I love that we had sliding glass doors to access the property. It was perfect for our dogs to be comfortable as well as to access our luggage. I will say that Sevy’s band and dance floor were awesome and I danced until my feet hurt! Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. We ordered room service breakfast and both our meals were great. I recommend the Classic Eggs Benedict and Breakfast burrito. We’ll definitely be back.

I had to change rooms. There was a guest in the room next to me who screamed and screamed. Finally I called the front desk who said there was only one room available (must have been in that building because the parking lot was 1/2 empty) and I would have to go to the front desk to get the key. It ended up being a nightmare experience. I was told that others complained as well. Instead of resolving the problem, I was forced to re-pack and move to another floor. The walls between rooms are paper-thin. I won’t go back to this establishment anytime soon.

I had a wonderful getaway at this hotel: its quiet, clean, and in walking distance from the Seacliff state beach. I loved the hotel restaurant.

The Seacliff Inn/Tapestry by Hilton was overall clean and well maintained. I did notice one spiderweb that the cleaning staff missed, but otherwise, no issues. I suggest hiring more attentive staff for the resturant; our appetizer dishes were left on our table for the entirety of our meal. Also, the food was just ok. If we stay here again, we'll probably dine somewhere else despite the convenience.
